1、Brief Introduction

CA45 series SMD tantalum capacitors are designed and manufactured with the demanding requirements of surface mount technology in mind. There are P, A, B, C, D, E  six case codes. They have lower ESR Comparing with the dipped tantalum capacitors .The product is compatible with automatic pick and place equipments.CA45 series meets the standard QJ/PWV109-2003 and it is widely used in computer 、ceil telephone and other electronic products.

1) Operating Temperature: -55℃~+125℃ (using derating voltage when the temperature is

     higher than 85℃).

2) Capacitance Tolerance: ±10%（K）, ±20% (M)

3) Current Leakage at Room Temperature:

    I₀≤0.01C_RU_R (μA) or 0.5μA (Whichever is greater)

4) Dissipation Factor at -55℃, 25℃, 85℃ 125℃. (see downloaded spec)
